Our events, resources, and teachings are based on the eternal authority of scripture, to equip our community to live as a light, attracing those around them to the kingdom of God.

Hey, I’m Rosalyn! Like you, I’ve known
about God my whole life.
Even though I grew up in the church, I did not always live what I learned and struggled to lead a life mirroring His image. It was only in recent years that I chose to accept the true meaning of being a follower of Christ.
The truth?
My journey getting here has been challenging and far from perfect. My testimony is filled with complex, raw experiences that I hardly saw represented in the church and were considered taboo. I wrestled with anxiety, continuous heartbreak from unhealthy relationships, depression, people-pleasing, and low self-worth. For years I chose to accept disappointment and dysfunction as my portion.
Through all of this, the Lord still pursued me. One day John 10:10 stood out to me in a way that it hadn't before. Desperate for a different life, I bravely asked God, “What would Your abundant life look like for me?” I desired to know what living out my God-given identity to the fullest capacity looked like. By faith, He reshaped my perspective and renewed my mind to birth Taking Up Space.
My assignment is to encourage other Believers to pursue God so they can get rid of their shame and see themselves through God's eyes. I believe shining a light on the hidden parts of ourselves allows us to experience God’s redemptive power and transformative love that affirms us and empowers us to take up space.
